To find where you belong is an intrinsic human need — whether at home, at work, or in the community.
At Foundry, we make spaces where people feel exactly that. Belonging.

Our spaces are forged from creative instinct, craftsmanship, hard work, judicious intention, and a commitment to deliver timeless value. It’s a fusion of creativity and process, innovation and integrity. An alchemy.
But what does that mean for you? To begin with…
Consistency and durability are a must.
They’re how we define quality.
Features add value to everyday life.
Not the sticker price.
Layouts balance privacy and togetherness.
We know you need both.
Details are in just-right places.
Down to light switches and electrical outlets.
Architecture feels at home.
Aligned with the fabric of each community.
Our spaces appeal to many, and remain versatile as you (and your family or business) change and grow.
Our place makers.
Our team at Foundry is a diverse group, with a mixture of stories and backgrounds. We don’t fit into one mould, which makes us better at connecting with the differing needs of you and your community.

Like everyone, we came from somewhere.
We haven’t always been called Foundry, but we have always worked with form. We emerge from Formwerks Boutique Properties with an expanded vision to reach more people across the Lower Mainland. “Boutique” doesn’t fit that vision. A name change was also necessary to differentiate us from our roots at Formwerks Architectural and reflect our new independence. We carry the development knowledge and design passion from our past and weld them into a refined identity. You’ll notice how this makes your spaces stand apart.
